These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Solapur Expert Home Service’s offerings. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Scope
Solapur Expert Home Service exclusively provides:
Home appliance repair and maintenance
Electrical and plumbing services
Installation and minor home improvement solutions
Technical diagnostics and troubleshooting
We do not sell appliances, spare parts independently, or unrelated products.
2. Service Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed only after:
Phone/WhatsApp verification
Advance payment (for major installations, if applicable)
Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice.
Same-day cancellations may incur service charges
Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes without notice may require rescheduling
3. Payment Terms
On-site inspection/diagnosis: Free (within serviceable areas)
Repair/Installation Charges:
Payable upon service completion
Digital invoice provided immediately
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash · UPI · Bank Transfer · Online Payment
4. Warranties
Repairs: 3–6 month warranty on replaced parts and labor (depending on service type)
Installations: 6-month workmanship guarantee
Warranty becomes void if:
Unauthorized repairs or modifications are made
Damage results from power fluctuations, misuse, or accidents
Recommended maintenance guidelines are not followed
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide clear and safe access to service areas
Disclose prior repair history and known issues
Ensure pets and children are secured during service
Provide accurate address and contact information
6. Limitations of Liability
Solapur Expert Home Service is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage discovered during service
Structural, electrical, or plumbing issues unrelated to booked service
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
Damage caused by customer-provided materials or parts
7. Intellectual Property
All service documentation, technical reports, and service methods remain the exclusive property of Solapur Expert Home Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
